How much power can I expect out of my JDM ITR motor and a T25/T28 turbo?
I am thinking of building a custom turbo setup that has full boost at 3500-4000rpm. Only planning for 8-10lbs of boost and would have a stock bottom end with Inline Pro headgasket to lower comression to about 10.3:1. Please let me know what you guys think.

You want a t3 60trim or bigger for an application like that.
If you want big power, go with an sc50.
If you want sick power, sc60 or 61.
You could easily get 300+whp, 400+ whp, and 5-700 hp with those setups respectively (with the correct internals / engine management /etc)

Never put a T-25 on an ITR motor...You may end up with less HP overall than what it would N/A.

I'm really only looking for about 275-300hp. I don't drive this car on the strip. Only street and road courses so a quick spooling turbo is definitly a must.

Really. Isn't a T25/T28 the same as a T28 used on S15 motors?

The S15 DET motors use a T28 which are efficient to about 300 hp, the T25 is way too small and the T28 is borderline for the power numbers you want to achieve.
I'd suggest using a SC34 for quick spoolup and still 300whp easily. I have the SC50 on my d16 and it's good for up to 400-450 whp. If you want REALLY quick spool up i'd definetely suggest the .48 exhaust a/r.

i used to run a t28 at 6psi on my jdm b18c , it makes just below 200whp , but it was enuf to help me getting 13.7 @ 113mph in a fucked up track

The T28 I am using on my LS hatch spools to a set 7psi at 3400... runs great, and I exactly what I wanted for street driving (daily) great power gains and nice to drive... eats WRX's, that's all I care about...

i'm using T-28 @ 7psi in my B16 and it didn't make more than 200whp. go with a straight T-3 instead.

T3 .60/.48 turbo would be nice if you want quick spool. I had this turbo on my b16, and it spool extremely quick, full boost around 3500 rpms.

That turbocharger isn't going to flow enough for your motor. You can rev that motor past 8,000rpm but you wont make power up there with a T25/T28. Go with a T3/T04E or an SC50. With your compression and displacement lag wont be a problem.

thats what I am going to use on my GSR. And my goals are 250-300whp tuned on 7psi. All custom kit.....so your right around where I want to be.

I had a T3 on my stock ITR for a long time and it was awesome and cheap! Stock head gasket, stock bottom end and head.
This is 7psi. There was still much more in the setup. This dyno was done at a dyno day so I only got 3 pulls and no tuning.
10psi I made 280hp and 200tq, cant find that dyno graph at the moment..
