Re: How much boost can stock B17 parts handle? (AshlandSi)
No offense but this question is pretty vague. How much boost can such and such handle, for instance a tdo4 would probably be able to boost quit a bit more on a stock block versus a t3/t4 hybrid setup. Then comes the question of fuel management, using a fmu, hondata or so forth, personally me I would not boost over 8 psi using a fmu, because of the high pressure of the fuel. Bascially list your setup and I am sure someone will help.

Re: How much boost can stock B17 parts handle? (hybridrex)
B17a block
Rebuilt head with stock parts
Stock sleeves with .5mm over
JE 8.5 Pistons
Stock rods (maybe?)
Hondata Stage 4
T3/T04E
Am debating if it's worth it or not to spend the extra money on having it resleeved and using aftermarket rods for a street setup that will see little if any track time. Would like to be able to boost about 15psi if the need arises.
How's that?
