With a good stand alone tune-up, you can live for a while at 1 bar if u DON'T use the blockgard. They just aggrivate over heating and cause cylinder hot spots. If you want to live, it's all about your tune-up

How about on a b16, I mean same kind of specs. Im not really looking a full race rebuild but I want to run like 13 flats on street tires. Another quick question I've got the drag kit its just not on yet, Where abouts would I want to be in the rpm rance if I wanted to do a roll on with say like a Vet or a camaro or something. I'v got this kit sitting here but I don't know much about the way boost reacts.

on b18c1 blocks we run 12lbs of boost on stock heads and blocks using an inlinepro 3mm headgasket, afc, 440 injectors, fuel pump, and fmu. all on 93 octane.

ok since we are on the topic - since it has absolutely nothing to do with what the original post wanted - i ran a 12.7 on street tires in my integra - so what
he is asking for his car - not a hybrid - i have seen 92vx's run low 12s with just an h22 - but once again its worthless to this post

I hit 13.50 at 5 psi in my 92 B18C hatch. I'm hoping to hit around 13 flat at 8 psi. That was with Yoko Avid T4's on 13" VX rims.
