With a good stand alone tune-up, you can live for a while at 1 bar if u DON'T use the blockgard. They just aggrivate over heating and cause cylinder hot spots. If you want to live, it's all about your tune-up

yeah, i'd lose the blockguard either way. on b18c1 blocks we run 12lbs of boost on stock heads and blocks using an inlinepro 3mm headgasket, afc, 440 injectors, fuel pump, and fmu. all on 93 octane. 20+ lbs of boost with race fuel(116 octane).

How about on a b16, I mean same kind of specs. Im not really looking a full race rebuild but I want to run like 13 flats on street tires. Another quick question I've got the drag kit its just not on yet, Where abouts would I want to be in the rpm rance if I wanted to do a roll on with say like a Vet or a camaro or something. I'v got this kit sitting here but I don't know much about the way boost reacts.

You can get the 13 flats with I'd say about 9 lbs....just a guess though...and you will have to get the feel for your car on the rpm for the roll on with a vette, or any car for that matter....each car is different....one thing that you will notice is that downshifting isnt as neccesary after your turbo goes in...

one thing...WHY HAVNT YOU PUT THE TURBO IN YET!!???? people on here can help you through it

I hit 13.50 at 5 psi in my 92 B18C hatch. I'm hoping to hit around 13 flat at 8 psi. That was with Yoko Avid T4's on 13" VX rims.

ok since we are on the topic - since it has absolutely nothing to do with what the original post wanted - i ran a 12.7 on street tires in my integra - so what

he is asking for his car - not a hybrid - i have seen 92vx's run low 12s with just an h22 - but once again its worthless to this post
