based on the specs from your Ebay turbo, i'd have to agree w/ F20CTEG...you should be in the 1400hp range.
IF that turbo lasts and you start to push it, you could see low to mid 400s....and then you'll see oil smoke because your turbo took a dump on you

nice engine build and shitty turbo choice

then the Ebay turbo is probably going to die within the first ten trips to the track.

when trying to save money on a turbo set up the things you do NOT want to cut costs on are:

Your engine management
Your turbo
Your manifold
Your intercooler

in that order.

I think I know how you feel about paying ridiculous amount of taxes.. if you know somebody and if you feel lucky, ask the seller or who ever you deal with as a GIFT or $10 value item accepting the consequence of getting it lost. That's what I do and so far so good. Just make sure you get the tracking #.

DO NOT get an eBay turbo.. get one from H-T member if possible.. make sure tho he/she has good references.

good luck mang

do a compression test first. Inspect everything that could cause your motor to smoke such as HG, rings(compression) and etc.... Take your pipes down and inspect for oil inside the pipe. If you see lots of oil.. then well, you know.. .... and no, because your turbo blew, doesn't mean you need a new mani.. find the turbo that works with your manifold. I'm sure there's more than just one kind.
