How do you get this head off???

hmm, yeah I'd say at least wait until you've dome some more reading
in your service manual(you DO have a service manual correct?)
that way you'll have a better understanding of what your going to be doing when you go at it.
and the when you actually do go at it, follow the steps in the manual direct and exact!!

if you have the cuts to dissasemble the head, the block cant be THAT far off....

not to b a dick, if u can even pull caps off without this, leave then engine to someone else, please.! no way can u assemble the bottomend if u cant pull cams out of a head. you gotta plastigauge bearings, or Mic them and so forth

why dont you just leave the cams on?

I finally got the head off, pistons out and almost ot a bare block. I think I will let the assembly of the bottom end to someone else. I do not want this to mess up. Thanks for your reply guys

because it isn't a D series motor you have to take the cams out to get to the head bolts on a B
