rubber mallet or wiggeling, then you take the cams out (don't forget to set everything to TDC) and then undo the had bolts and then lift the head off/.
thanks guys, I got them off. Now I am to the headstuds. I just broke one of my fu*kin extensions in my socket

dude no offense but if you had that much trouble getting the caps off, then dont try a bottom end. i can get a head off in no time but i wont touch a bottom end.....i guell i dont have the confidence yet.

it's all very easy to dissasemble, its assembly thats the harder part. (which isn't that hard if you are read about it and have confidence in yourself.
