how to remove cam gears with cams out of the head?
Ok im putting all new seals in my b16 head and now trying to put on my new cam seals, well I cant seem to get the bolts loose. I tried to put them in a vice with 2x4s on each side to protect the gear but it didnt work. are the bolts oppisite thread by any chance? any other ideas?

They are regular thread, I held mine in my hand with a rag and used an impact wrench.
