How do my plugs look

How do my plugs look
Setup:
Stock D16Y7 motor, low miles.
Mitsubishi TD05-12a 8 turbocharger.
2.5" pipes going in and out.
DSM 450cc black top injectors.
External wastegate opens fully at 7 psi.
Trying to get a decent safe tune reading plugs and data logging with Crome gold.
Just looking for some expertise from anyone familiar with reading plugs. I've only been running boost on my civic for 3 years. After two and a half years of abuse I decided to do a motor swap due to bad compression in cylinders. I now have a newer engine and I want it to last. Turns out the last motor had multiple exhaust valves that were fried up pretty bad. Any advice on how to prevent that as well would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for anyone taking time to post.

Re: How do my plugs look
by the looks of it if im not mistaken and some gurus can help out here, the last picture there seems to have the tan go past the bend in the strap which means too much timing and there seems to be a lot of soot on the surface ring which may indicate very rich mixture, the porcelain looks dirty too which may indicate a lot of heat but im not sure if im 100 percent accurate, you need to do a few wide open throttle runs and then shut engine off and pull plug right away to get accurate reading
