Default how to change vavle seal step by step pls

Like the title says my car is blowing smoke out of the breather a lot and the breather on the valve cover pls help me I need this fix cuz I don't have transportation thanks

do a compression test, more then likley u cracked a ringland

There's no oil on the sparks plugs but I have oil on my tail pipe I'll check the turbo seal tomorrow and valve seal if not I'm gonna take off the head

Update guys

Took off the turbo mani and turbo and dp
Turbo is shot so I put my stock b16 header s now no more black smoke on my exhaust but still have blow by smoke from the valve cover
I'm borrowing compression tester right now ill update again later on what numbers shows
