How is the boost on the drag kit regluated from 8.5 to 10 psi??? As far as I can tell the kit does not include a boost controler.

The kit comes with an external wastegate. There is a spring in there that limits boost to whatever the wastegate is set to (I think it's 7psi).

How does a boost controler work, how does it regulate the set amount of boost?

there are different types of boost controllers. the best ones pulse boost to the top port of the wastegate electronically.
