Hondata
Ok, so I am thinking about getting hondata.
What else will be need for fuel management?
Fuel pump? Injectors? Fuel rail?
Any suggestions? Or is hondata itself suffecient enough?

Re: Hondata (RyanAutry)
Enough to land me 12'sec quarter miles daily driven.
Then again it is also going to be a d series, so a lot of boost is going to be needed, with a fully built block.

Re: Hondata (hatchback)
Get an AEM FPR, and then you'll need some huge injectors to fuel enough to get to the 12's. I would guess 550cc may not be enough, so go to 720cc so you can run a lighter duty cycle on them. The upgraded fuel rail is a good idea, and the big fuel pump is a must, get the Walbro GSS342. It is the 255lph for FI.

If you have the money redoing your fuel lines would be a good thing to do as well. Usually after around 350whp you want to run larger lines, such as -6an or -8an feed. Some guys on the board have run -10an in the past.

Re: Hondata (hatchback)
you can run stock injectors and fuel pump w/ hondata if u would like.
Depending on powergoals the first thing I would upgrade is injectors and fuel pump. You can run alot of power on stock lines, rail, and regulator. I don't see the point of changing it unless you like complicating things and wasting money or until it starts holding you back from making more power.

Re: Hondata (DIRep)
I recommend for the 350whp range 600-700cc injector range, Walboro 255lph intake fuel pump, Hondata s100, GM 3bar map sensor.
Aftermarket fuel lines, rails, fuel pressure regulators are a waste of money. Stock fuel lines are sufficient well past 500whp. The fittings and lines are not a restriction to the overall flow of the fuel unless you are running a smaller injectors with super high fuel pressure or super larger fuel injectors 1000cc+ and maxxing them out. The stock fuel rails has worked well past 600whp. The aftermarket ones are for decoration only. If you run 700cc+ injectors you dont need to turn up your fuel pressure. So the aftermarket FPR's are a waste as well.

Re: Hondata (boosted hybrid)
wow, h-t comes through again!
-saving everything in my notes, thanks again guys!
So do you guys suggest getting the engine management first? I want to do it right the first time, so I dont have to upgrade later..

Re: Hondata (Dee)
I have been doing it for two years now, with zero problems. The fuel pressure goes up 3-4 psi when you upgrade the fuel pump. When i tune the maps I adjust the base fuel pressure to 42psi and its set.

Re: Hondata (RyanAutry)
The Walbro on my car barely changed my pressure but the Walbros on two of my friends car made them go extremely rich. If nothing else get a fuel pressure gauge so you'll atleast know your pressure.

it shouldn't really matter. W/ hondata you shouldn't see pressures high enough to where you will benefit from the "High Pressure" version. But when I bought mine I got the HP version it works just fine. Survived 150psi from my fmu/inline combination for 3 months too.
