Default Holset Turbo Sizing information for larger displacement application

Alright, I admit it this isn't going on a honda. But no one on the VW forums has really caught onto the cost effectiveness of a holset setup yet. All they do is complain about how are little (2.8L) engines couldn't possibly spool a truck turbo (they are so wrong!). I have a 2.8l 12v VR6 with 8.5:1 compression and a T3/T4 manifold. My goal is to make 600+whp. I sitting at about 400whp with 18psi of boost with a to4e (I could probably get more out of it but it spools too early for good traction). Is there a holset turbo that would be appropriate for my setup and goals or do I need to move towards a ball bearing Garret GT series turbo? Assume I have the fueling, drivetrain, and engine internals to deal with this power (I have a full R32 drivetrain sitting in my garage. awd here I come). Anyways, hopefully I didn't say anything stupid in my first post.
