Re: high boost honda (Jared)
I don't recommend it.
no one recommends it but it can be done with an inline pump low rise rate fmu 440cc's and afc
i plan on trying this in a week or two

Re: high boost honda (DLB1994)
I will run 15-18psi on a semi built block (no sleeves) with an AFC, 440's, and a FPR.
I've been running about 12psi with my crappy MBC so far and with my laptop I tuned the fuel so the A/F voltage is butter throughout the entire rpm band.
A little more boost should be fine.
We'll see.

this car is making 500whp on 370cc injectors/FMU/ and some kinda piggy back w/ custom ECU chipping.
IT can be done. but it is not the *best* way to do it.

Re: high boost honda (DIRep972)
I agree it can be done, but in all the hassle of putting in the FMU, the high pressure pump, the piggy back ECU, and tuning it while straining your injectors with the high pressure, couldnt you have jsut gotten a standalone system or a hondata?

Very impressive numbers but why call it a type r when all it has is PY paint and a type R lip and spoiler. That totally kills the whole lure off the car i think.
I love to have daily 10's though

Yeah i know....also if he's trying to pose as a itr why did he put the redline on the tach decal at 8k? Hehe. I think the writer of the magazine just messed up and thought it was an itr.

Re: high boost honda (Just2Fast)

i run 15psi on a factory computer,720cc injectors, safc, paxton fuel pump, fmu, about 85 psi fuel pressure. car runs consistent 11.40s. it can be done but you are very limited to your power like this. i could make so much more power with a standalone or a hondata.
