Hesitation from 10inHG to 0

Hesitation from 10inHG to 0
Hi got a little problem.
My motor seems to Hesitation at about 10inHG but then picks up at 0 and is fine in to boost also the a/f gauge goes off the scale into the lean side when it happens.
The tune is good same as all the sensors but it is doing it all the time at any rpm.
If anybody has an ideas what it could be or wants to know any more info that i aint included then let me know.

Also the hesitation is not there for a sec its there all the time i hold it in the 10inHG to 0 range and the ecu is good cos it never did it 2 weeks ago when i was run stock motor and stock map in ecu.
