more than likely is a charge pipe and a vacuum line it seems. The gauge should be reading 20, that suggests a vacuum line, and also since you aren't building boost, that kinda means charge pipe. Not sure what else to suggest.

does your idle surge? if its reading such a low vacuum pressure i would assume theres a noticable leak. check all the T's and connections, and the fitting that goes into the boost guage. and if you cant build boost, i cant think of anything aside from a coupler being lose, or some tiny pinholes in the welds.

your BOV should have its own vacuum source, BOV and wastegate should always have there own source, ( if the WG isnt hooked up to the compressor housing )

naw my wastegate is hooked up the intake manifold and so is the bov... also the wierd thing is that before my type s sounds sharp, kinda laser like sound but now it has this wooooooooosh with a echo... would having a loose chargepipe of vacuum leak cause the bov to sound like that

i used to have a type S bov, and when i would let off the gas it would have the same swoosh sound unless i was boosting over 6psi. every bov will sound diff on diff peoples cars, why? i dont know..but its something i have noticed. just check over all the connection, check the back of the boost guage..thats one place people always forget to look
