Default Help selecting turbo, non Honda

Im going crazy trying to figure the best bang for the buck for my subaru powered bug. I know it not a honda but this forum seems to have the most up to date and accurate info.I have a basically stock single cam ej25 in my 55 bug (sti bottom end with sohc heads from 03 legacy). It previously made 270 on 14 psi on a t3/t4 60 trim with a 63 stage 3 exhaust side. This was done on 91 and meth injection with no intercooler. Basically I want to step it up this year to about 350 whp. Im making room for an intercooler and plan to run E85. I'm pretty sure I can reach my goals with the 60 trim but want to know if I can do it more efficiently with with a different snail without spending my entire tax return. I kinda want to keep it journal bearing to for cost reasons and ease of plumbing.

Here is the dyno from the 60 trim.
