Default HELP! misfire problems.

well, i finally took my car to the track to get some time slips to see how she would do. on a stock internal engine im running a t3/t04e with 35mm wastegate set at 8lbs. fmic, hks ssqv bov, 2.5" downpipe, 2.5" crush bent exhaust piping, walbro 255l fuel pump, 450cc injectors, and uberdata with mild street tune. Since it was street tuned, i have no idea as to how much power im making. So i figured id try the track to get a ball park figure. Im not the best driver, but after a few shitty runs, i was satisfied with a 9.6 in the 1/8 mile. what would be your guess on power? oh yeah, back to the topic. on my way home i noticed that my car was making a weird "gargling" sound that it hadn't made before. i kept driving, then it went away. then the next day, it would only make that sound on low rpms while street cruising. Its a misfire. But i need help as to where to begin my quest to fix this problem. What would be the main problem for a misfire only at low rpms, or while in vacuum. I hit the boost side once to see if maybe it was just my wastegate being stuck open, but it boosts fine. how can i diagnose this problem to see if thats what it really is? why else would it gargle like that occasionally? thanks

Have you inspected your spark plugs? I end up replacing my NGK's half as often as I change my oil because hard driving in boost eats those puppies up fast. I had to stop using V-power plugs because the V-groove would wear away in a couple months.

i just replaced my old ones two weeks ago with ngk. the guy who tuned my car said it would be better to run a plug one step colder than stock specs. would they wear out that fast?
