Turbo problems, please help
I finally completed installation on my entire turbo kit. The kit is as follows:
Garrett T3 turbo
Log-style manifold
Vortech BOV
Spearco FMIC
Custom charge pipes
Tial 35mm wastegate
Hondata w/ base map
450cc injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
2.5" downpipe (running open downpipe not connected to the exhaust for now)
I installed everything and started the car up, after a little while listening to it idle, everything sounded fine. So I stepped in and took the rpms up slowly. I got to 4400 and then they just cut off and I can't go any higher. I figured this might because a problem because I wasn't driving. So I took the car for a little drive around the block and when I took it up to 4400 it wouldn't go any higher. As I let off the gas, I hear no sound from my blow off valve. I also do not see any boost on my boost gauge.
I am so confused and have tried searching around, but havn't really found anything. If someone could help me out, that'd be great.
I checked for leaks, had some, but fixed them. I purged the oil to the turbo, not a problem. Everything was done correctly and I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

Re: Turbo problems, please help (B18C1CYA)
Yes, my CEL is on, but I believe that is because I don't have my O2 censors hooked up because I am running off a cut, open downpipe right now until my new one comes in.

Re: Turbo problems, please help (B18C1CYA)
I am using a Hondata Stage 2b unit. The system was sent to me with a base map for now in order to get my car running and then I am going to have it tuned in the near future.
What red light are you talking about?
Some people have told me that my ECU may be in limp mode causing it not to rev.

Re: Turbo problems, please help (donnie4p)
Ran through some more check-ups. I unhooked the Hondata and ECU and rehooked everything back up. It works fine now. Finally was able to drive the car for a little while and it seems awesome, although I didn't pound on it hard at all yet, just a little sneak peak I suppose.
I still need to fix some little leaks I have and then it will be good to go. There's also a little oil leak from the turbo where the oil return line goes, but that should be fixed soon.
Thanks for the help.
