Help me out Honda-tech, Funny boost sound turbo going no where.....

Turbo boost sound funny...Help out please..
Just put on drag turbo t3/to4E hybrid ..just order 370cc + VAFC and just put it on..
Setting on AFC
1-4k -40
4.5k -38
5-7k -35
The car runs good in vacuum mode, but when I step on it, the car goes BlluzzleRRR.. on boost ..
COULD IT BE -
1) Boost Leak?
2) Wastegate?
3) Fuel pump?
4) map? no map valve, cause using VAFC. Just running stock map..
5) Vacuum??? (dont think)
6)**Timing** ??? This is my biggest concern, because I dont have any ignition timing done..
Which is the problems out of those you guys think?
ANYONE??? Help will be appreciated ..
Had 6th gen accord
t3/to4B hybrid turbo
7psi wastegate
Took out my FMU and use Vafc
370cc RC injector
intercooler
bliz BOV
High press fuel pump come with drag kit
