Help making a decision..

I have stock gsr atm and trying to decide what the best route to go would be as for bang for buck with longevity in mind. So here is the story, 94 GSR with 185psi across all four. Thinking of going turbo tuff rods and wiesco 10:1s for decent spool of whatever turbo I choose. I have play in cylinder 4 with the piston when you stick your fingers in the valve slots, has play from right to left, my thought is worn wrist pin. Still scared it could be that my sleeves are wearing and don't want to buy 900 bucks or so of pistons, rods, bearings, etc for it to fail. Need some thoughts on where I should go, if I bore, means sleeve will be weaker and have more downtime of my car and prob not net me as much hp. Only looking to make 350-400 just to be quick and reliable and beat on it around town a little here and there.
1 in a 1000 chance its a sleeve issue on a stock motor, probably the wrist pin.
Measure the cylinder if it makes you feel better, but Im sure its fine.
Boring to 81.5mm is not bad if you stay at or below 400 whp, and more importantly have a good tune.
The heat from too much timing and detonation is what kills cylinders, and they are prone too damage more easily if they are thinner, but with a proper tune 81.5 mm stock sleeves are just as good as 81mm.
I would say bore to 81.5mm just so you know your starting with fresh cylinders and have a good target PTW clearance, more down time? you need to send the block to be honed even if you dont bore it, so boring and setting PTW at proper clearance doesnt take any extra time.
