Default d16 turbo

i bought a d16a from HMO and am putting eagle rods and wiseco pistons in it for turbo. i bought the pistons .10mm over so i can get a little more bore and to clean the cylinder walls. my ? is do i have to resleve that block to bore it that big or can i get away with leaving the stock sleeves and using a sleeve saver.
