Default Help with a FI build

With my NA Lude almost completed (goal of 300whp) I am turning my attention to the 2nd Prelude I have which is a 96. I want to boost it, but am not too familiar with what it takes to have a reliable and fast build on boost.

I am looking for ~400whp street driven and ~500 or more at the track.

Below is a list I have compiled after doing as much research as I can. Please make comments where needed and suggestions. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am buying parts every month. I would do everything at once, but my wife has some serious objections with my hobby!

Headwork: Pure-Tuning in Toledo, Ohio
Valvetrain: Skunk 2
Valves:?
Block: 89mm bore X 95mm stroke [H23vtec] sleeved by Benson
Turbo: GT30R or GT35R...not sure on the trim or A/R
Manifold: Arizona Forced Induction, custom H22 EL or LoveFab?
Downpipe: Arizona Forced Induction or LoveFab?
Oil feed line: ?
Oil return line: ?
Piping:
Piping couplings:
BOV: ?
Injectors: RC 1000cc
Fuel Management: Neptune
Fuel: E85 (105 octane)
Vacuum lines: GE vacuum
Intercooler: Precision750?
Oil sandwich adapter:
Fuel pump: Bosch 044 fuel pump with 8an feed
Fuel Press. Reg: Aeromotive Compact EFI regulator
Wastegate dumptube: ?
Boost controller: TurboXS quad stage boost controller
3 bar map sensor:
Wideband o2: PLX?
Gauges:
Axles: DSS 2.9
Forged internals: Custom CP 10:1cr and Pauter Rods
Turbo timer: ??
Intake Manifold: GE, Skunk or Venom???

My reply only includes things I would change....

Headwork would be waste of money for the power you want
Valves: can't go wrong with Ferrea
Oil feed: -3 from ATP turbo
Oil return: -8 or -10 using fittings from ATP turbo
Piping: custom depending on turbo placement<depends on manifold
Piping couplings: Silicon w/T-bolt clamps from ATP turbo
BOV: Tial, or really anything
Oil sandwich adapter: no need
Fuel pump: Holley Intank, easy install, dont have to worry about plumbing, can handle 500+hp.
Wastegate dumptube: custom depending on wastegate placement<depends on manifold
Boost controller: prolly don't need 4 stages for only 500 hp on the track.
3 bar map: lightning motorsports
wideband o2: no need unless you're tuning yourself
gauges: oil pressure, boost, tach w/shift light
turbo timer: no need
Traction bar: go with a reputable company (full-race)
Exhaust: the bigger the better for turbo but 4" may not be necessary for your goals.

If there's a good piece of advice I can give you before you start ordering stuff it would be to do it right the first time! If you think you are gonna save money here and there on no-name products, you are just gonna spend more in the end when it breaks and you decide to get high quality.

Thanks for the help.

I need to use Bosch fuel pumps becasue they are rated for alcohol (e85 being 85% ethanol).

I totally agree with your advice about the build. I am not trying to do anything on the cheap!
