Help with custom boost controller !!
Hey what's up, i'm tryin to set up a MBC for my edelbrock kit on my d16y8. Now i saw on some site where they explained How to make a MBC , they talked about using an air pressure regulator, which is basically the same thing (spring on the inside-turn in to increse the tension and turn out to decrease the tension, now my dad is a plumber, and he brought me a nice regulator which is like the one i saw on the site.
Now i need to know if this could work, and which way i have to connect it
here are the pics:
Here is the regulator.
Now this is the bottom of the regulator, there are 4 ports which the 2 on the sides are for gauges which are blocked off, and the other 2 on top and bottom is for the lines, now the is an arrow to show the directions that the air should travel, now i need to know which side i have to connect my vaccum sourse and my wastegate actuator hose, could someone help me with this ??

put a couple barbed nipples on it, open the valve all the way and blow through it as you turn the ****. if it doesnt get resistance, you are blowing on the wrong side
if it gets resistance, put that side on your vac source and the other side going to the WG
