weather has a lot to play too...

Turbo: T3/T04e .63exhaust .60compressor 57 trim (not .57 trim )
Full boost: 15psi @4400rpms ----- 5 lbs~3800
Engine: Built b18b 9.0:1 pistons ported head and Crower 402-t cams
Other: 3" full exhuast no cat no muffler only resonated

I really think that the cams helped the most.

drag turbo kit
t3/t4b .63 stage 1 stamped on the turbine housing
stock 2.3 sohc vtec "99 5spd accord
2.5dp->stock cat->2.25 cat-back

3rd gear ("99 5spd accord tranny)
2psi@2,000rpms
7psi@2,900rpms
15psi@3,600rpms

there will be an improvement on these tho, doing a new setup on the same turbo. ram style turbo mani with 3in exhaust. now the F23 engine is mated to a H22 tranny.

custom kit, stock b18b
t3/t4 57 trim, self tuned on uberdata
spooled 10 psi in 3rd at about 4500.

my t3/t4 60-1 spools 14 psi on my 81mm lsvtec at 5k, just after vtec hits

both turbos are t3 .63 a/r exhaust turbines

because gearing on A vehicle can be shorter than B, A vehicle may see 5krpm by the time B vehicle sees 4krpm. - point is, because B spools at 4krpm, doesn't mean A hits full boost any slower.

soo ditto to what he said!

the best method would be to throw it in your closest 1:1 gear ratio. on the accord tranny 4th is it, but weather i was in 3rd or 4th, it still spooled the same. on the H22 tranny 5th is the closest 1:1 gearing.

i've always done my street pulls from the lowest possible rpm in 4th or 3rd, soo with my accord engine i would start my pulls on the street or on the dyno around 1,500rpms WOT from there. i bet it would suck doing that in those torqueless motors you guys will be waiting forever for boost to come in :D

good info! pressure tested my system today and found a leak at the FIT valve, fixed it up and should spool a bit faster now
