dunno if it was mentioned, another possibility is to run a 90 degree bend up toward the hood....just gotta have a shorter intake pipe.

I recently bought my Apex filter from Bryson, he had made his own little adapter out of some plastic piece. Maybe he can chime in or send him a pm. It works great, all I had to do was buy a 90 deg elbow from ebay($25 shipped) and it worked out great. Some poeple might make the flange out fo rubber which would require a pipe to connect, but the one I had was plastic piece so I need a silicone piece to connect it with.

As far as power, well going from some shitty Top speed mushroom filter to the Apex was night and day. The car sounds so much more alive, response feels better. Overall I was impressed on the butt dyno. I finally realized how restrictive that shitty filter was

i havnt put in the apexi filter yet. but i had this ghetto riged setup. basically i cut a piece of filter from an old filter, put it around my turbo.

with the ghetto filter on, i dynoed at about 240whp
took it off, and jumped straight to 290 whp. (note: i just got a retune today)

the only problem i have now is im missing.
