That wouldn't be an ideal intake extension but it will "work"
I have a hard time believing you cannot fit a filter, mine is a tight fit but it does work.

DO IT ON ALL FOURS
Re: Turbo Filter Flexible Pipe HELP plz
I am not going to lie, I do like those worm gear clamp brackets. Kind of neat. As far as that flexible tubing, I would refuse to use something that looks like a part of a drinking straw. Think cold air intake and cut it as necessary to route or have something fabbed.

Then buy a 90* and a 45*... come on, you have to think outside the box. Nobody said you wouldn't have to maybe cut them down or modify a few things. It will and can work, I assure you. Do as you please.

Re: Turbo Filter Flexible Pipe HELP plz
I put a vibrent 3" tight 90 on going up ( leaning to dizzy) and stuffed a cone on it, still a tight fit but works. Only problem I see with that worm is when your turbo spools up it might bind it and suck it in.
A silicone 45 and then 90 up would work good IMO.
