Default Hanging/ high idle after boost

2000 civic ex, b18c1, after market intake manifold. while daily driving i dont have issues with the idle. If i get into boost more than a little, I let off and the car will idle at 2k and stay there. If i cycle the key off and start back up it goes away. I was told it is probably the iacv. Just trying to get some other opinions/ideas on what it could be or just to confirm that it is in fact, the iacv. I can post more specs, just wasnt sure which ones were needed. thanks. I apoligize in advance if this thread has been covered a million times. I couldnt find the topic related to boost. Or if the turbo has any effect on it.

You could take the iacv off and see if the screen is cogged or damaged.
You could also check the coil by doing a continuity test. I forget how many ohms of resistance it calls for but should be around 12-14.

Do you have a fitv on the throttle body? if you have it its located directly under the throttle body. google the name for pics.
