Making Boost at idle?
I saw a twin turbo 3000GT VR4 that had nothing stock about it this past weekend. I notice there was a BOV on the upper innercooler piping on backwards.. when I asked him what that was for he said that it was because his custom built turbos make boost at idle so that would relieve the extra air pressure.. Is this possible?!

NO
like someone else said
engines run on vacum, and with TB closed theres not enough space for any kinda boost to be built and flow...
i say BSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

He probly meant the turbos were spinning at idle, which would move some air, in turn creating some "boost" so to say. I dont think he meant there was positive pressure in the intake manifold while his car was idle...
