Default GT35/T67 ballbearing turbocharger??? (GT3584R)

I have heard talk about a GT35R turbine side being matched to a T67 compressor wheel. Any vendors offering this combination? Just looking for a quick spooling street turbo with a little more airflow capacity then the GT35R.

None of the Garrett Vendors that I have talked to want to do it, but I am pretty sure it can be done fairly easily.

Yeah, I've delt mostly with FP in the past. The FP3575 is not a GT35R based turbo, if that is what you are refering to. It is a T350/T67 though, and I've already got one of those.

35R/67 lost a bunch of power last i talked to precision during testing over a standard 35R. not sure if any changes have been made yet?

Precision did make a few of these, but not many! You should try the GT37/67, it works pretty damn good for not being BB.

Originally, that is what I ordered from Forced Performance back in January. A T350/T67 in a T4 housing is what I got, for some reason. They tried to tell me the T350 is a cut down GT37...it may or may not be, but it certainly doesn't have the 66mm exducer of the GT37 that I wanted.

I was thinking GT35R turbine side just to help improve turbocharger service life. Part of the problem I have is the altitude I am at, 4200' in elevation. To make decent power means a high pressure ratio and very high shaft speeds. I figured the BB might help the turbo last longer. I would go straight GT35R, but when you calculate the corrected airflow, the GT35R is only capable of about 56 pounds/min of airflow at this altitude before it reaches choke flow. I don't think that will get me to my goal of 600 WHP (corrected). The T67 can produce about 68 pounds/min at this altitude, which will be much more likely to get me to my desired power levels.

Of course, the efficiency of the T67 at a 4:1 pressure ratio sucks, but I've got a pretty decent intercooler.
