Default Greddy Si Turbo kit questions.

Assuming it all goes to plan, I will use the Greddy turbo, manifold and downpipe as the basis of my turbo kit.

Coupla questions.

1. I see the turbo is internal wastegated. What it is normally set to? If I dont use a boost controller and feed the wastegate straight vac, how many PSI will I see? I assume 6-7 psi? Is this correct?

2. Is the turbo water and oil cooled? Or only oil? Any good source for lines?

All I can think of right now. Thanks!

7ish lbs is normal, it's only oil cooled. Normal source is the oil pressure sensor off the back of the block BUT, if you wanna have a killer setup, use the one that goes between your oil filter and block as a feed.

Default Re: (Jay_Sensing)

If it is an 18G the boost is set at 5.5psi assuming that the wastegate hasn't been tweaked at all...Also assuming it hasnt been done yet look into porting the wastegate.

seriously if you have the cash do a downpipe while the kit is being put on...

Any shaft play on the turbo
