Default smoke problem

evrytime i get up on my car and let off the gas it starts to spit out alot of smoke but as soon as i give it gas again it goes away. it starts to smoke around 4500-5000rpm and as soon as i let off the pedal the smoke comes out slow then its really bad and its everywhere but like i said as soon as i give it more gas it goes away slowly. im runnig a D16Z6 sohc with a t3 turbo. anyone know what my car is doing?

Take of the manifold check the valve seal at the exhaust if it has oil

Check the turbo outlet if u see oiland the exhaust outlet

Do u have restrictor valve


Answer that and will know what's the problem
