*I've searched but came up with nothing.

The greddy manifold on my 18g turbo kit seems so restricting. Can this harm the engine? The restriction is mainly on the two runners in the middle. When it bends up out against the head, seems like the hole gets crushed and would cause a lot of air restriction.

The small downpipe and the turbo's wastegate is more of a restriction for your power needs than the exhaust manifold. change that up with a better wastegate actuator, and you're way better off

i know it's not meant to make power, my thought was that it would cause misfires..that's all. My friend had an all motor gsr and the bottom of the header was smashed pretty bad and caused all sorts of misfire. I just think that if the greddy manifold was that restricting, it would cause some sort of misfire.

i had my 18g on my stock b16 with the greddy manifold for a year and never had any issues and i made 292hp with that manifold...yea its not the best flowing but it wont cause misfires...if your concerned then buy a different turbo setup or do what i did and get a ramhorn manifold and go external wastegate with the 18g turbo

I'm also interested in knowing when the greddy manifold stops making power due to restriction and backpressure (considering the elbow and downpipe are upgraded). Also, where can an upgraded actuator for the 18g be purchased?
