external wastegate on greddy manifold
I'm trying to put a external on my greddy manifold, but I'm afraid it will crack if I weld to the cast iron. So I was thinking that an adapter plate between the turbo and the manifold could be just big enough to get a 38mm wastegate in there.
Any thoughts? Has this been done because I couldn't find any info. I e-mailed ATP about the idea.
