First of all, PSI doesn't dictate anything. A power goal is a more practical way of determining what you want to do. On a stock B16, you could run ~300whp safely with a good setup and tune.
You'll need a new map sensor if you go over ~10.5psi...there are a number of turbos which can make a 300whp power goal and do it without exceeding 11psi. My GT3255b is an example of such...i made 315whp on my bone stock GSR at ~10-10.5psi

Put the turbo back in the box, put it in your closet, and do about a month of research before you continue. From your comments, it's clear you need to learn a lot. All of the questions you've asked can be answered by searching this forum. The FAQs in the Forced Induction section will be a good place to start.

A missing link is a one way check valve so your map sensor see's vacuum but not boost. You need one of those depending on how your managing fuel.
The stock fuel pump will get you to 200whp easily, and if your only running 6psi on even a larger turbo it'll be fine. Xenocron's pumps are pretty cheap though, so get one of those.
DSM 450cc injectors, a chipped ecu, a fuel pump, and a tune is the easiest way. Missing links, FMU's, and AFC's are the "old" way of doing things anymore.
Make sure your kit is complete (maybe post some pics of everything), do some reading, get the ecu chipped with a basemap, then get your stuff installed and drive it to someone that can tune it. That's how you do it.

Hold off on the build for a little while...read the FI FAQ and learn more about turbo setups. I guarantee if you rush through your build and half *** everything (which you will because you dont know all the little details just yet) you will end up blowing up something then starting over from square one...
