got tuned yesturday had problems need some advice
well i got tuned yesturday we had problems all day bov was staying open in boost over 12 psi with screw all the way down.. its a type s i have the small spring in it.. the large springs i put it in and it wouldnt open at all.. kept poppin charge pipes investing in some soild welded ones with better couplings mine were balloning up scary ... ok heres the real problem.... i am boosting 22.5 psi high as i cold go without poppin pipes after some 100 mph tape to help hold them all .. the rubber bushings that the injectors seal to in the intake mani are buldging out from the boost and making big boost leaks killin my chance to make huge power so we had to call it a day result was 279.4 hp and 256 ftlbs at 22.5 psi on a d16y7 not too shabby but i think i could have went 300 with more boost and no leaks.. also my ignition was breaking up at 6100 rpm and on anyone ever had this problem with the injectors???
ill have video and pictures of dyno graph up soon my laptop doesent have a floppy drive and thats what the dyno graph is on

sounds like something is not right. I'm running that kind of oressure and have no issues, either your fuel rail is not offering enough down force on the injectors or they rubber on the injectors is not good for your car as it could be the wrong size.
blowing pipes off? you need better clamps and you need to have a lip welded on the end of every pipe ocnnector so it will let the clamp hold onto something.
I'm running that kind of psi w/o any issues.

Re: (hitatree.at125mph)
My 450's max out at 15 psi on pump gas. I was able to hold 17 on race gas though. I don't know the power, thats a y8, t3/t4 turbo. I had to keep finicking with my boost controller to keep me from getting small spikes once in a while, thats when it'd miss. I don't know bout your bov thats weird. Did the shop have any spares around, that you could of tried.
