gapping for around 400whp
I would go to .28 at least. If it's to big it will misfire, I know cuz I did it while street tuning a few days ago, at 10psi in vtec a misfire sounds like a gun shot in side your engine bay. If you don't have fordged pistons then you are walking on a very thin line.

I usually leave the bcpr7's where they come ~.32 and haven't had any misfire issues even when running 1 bar. Stock ignition with blaster ss. Gap them as big as possible without misfiring. If you misfire, gap them down a bit.
