Funny oil problem

Funny oil problem
Just trying to get some outside insight as to why I have an oil eak and massive amounts of white smoke after turbo install.

I mounted the oil sending unit on the back of the fitting. I installed the feed lien to one side of the fitting and the other side is plugged. Then I screwed the fitting into the block. Here is where it gets funny. Engine runs good. Has oil. I let it idle...no leaks. I let it run for a good 10 minutes. NOTHING. I give it some gas and oil starts coming from ALL around the oil pan. Not where it mounts to the block but further up. I get under the car, make sure everything is good...nothing is loose. So I try again..same result. And while all this is happening, I have white smoke coming from everywhere. I have read alot of people experience white smoke after a turbo install, but this is kinda bad and it only happens when I give it gas Can anyone provide any insight. It would be greatly appreciated

Is the just free-revving it as it sits there? No load?
Check and make sure you didnt over torque your oil pan...they dont need to be tightend down too much.
White smoke usually means coolant

Nah I hand tightened those bolts. I had my wife rev it up for me and i watched by the bumper. The oil was coming from above the oil pan.

Just closing this out just in case someone wants to reply. I fixed the leak. I didnt use a real gasket. I used that gasket maker crap. I didnt do a very good job with it (first time). So I re did it more carefully AND used the stock gasket and it works like a charm now.

yes definitly use a gasket unless its a motor thats desinged to have a gasket sealer.. ive also heard to never combine gasket sealer with a gasket? anyone have opinions on that

my cheap *** haynes maual said to use that gasket maker crap on the oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket. I havent heard any negatives about using both....
