Default white smoke

I have recently installed a XS T04X on my car and i am running 5psi on b20-vtec
I have been driving it for alittle over a week now and I have noticed some white smoke from my exhaust......
I have checked my oil to see if there was any trace of antifreeze and I have checked my anitfreeze to see if it is low and both are fine my car runs good right now but I cant seem to figure it out (it is untuned at this moment)
It only smokes after I get into boost, not while Im driving normally. If you think you may know what it is please tell me your opinion.

i'd recommend a compression check, it's possible there's something up with your headgasket...

My guess it is extra oil being burned in the turbo. The placement of the return oil line (if its too low on oil pan) from the turbo can cause this. So can the thickness of the oil return line a -12AN and placed high on the oil pan is suggested.

I'm not sure why anybody uses more than -8 line. -8 line is a 1/2" line, and the outlet on a T3/4 is 1/2", so putting a bigger line onto the same size hole doesn't make sense to me.

Am I missing something?

sure are bro. call S.F.P. and ask them what size they use on their cars. they got several members on H-T with 350+ hp and some with 400+hp.

So what? What does that mean? How exactly does HP translate into the size of oil drain line you should use? There are plenty of 400-500 HP DSMs running around with -8 lines.

As far as I am aware, the oil drain size depends on the turbo. The largest fitting I have ever seen for a T3/T4 is tapped with 1/2" NPT which is the same size as -8. If you use a larger line, wouldn't you get the same results since the oil still has to squeeze thru that 1/2" section into the larger -10 (5/8") line?

If I am wrong, please explain it to me. I really am curious about this. However, "SFP uses -10 on their 400+ HP cars" is really not a reason. I mean, if I switch to a -10 does that mean I will get 400 HP or something?
