Default Fully Built B20 TURBO motor

i am wanting to build a b20 vtec with a t3/t04e turbo and i want it to be fully built where i can shift at 10grand and run a pretty good bit of boost. Im wanting to have anywhere from 350-400hp. i dont know a whole lot about building motors so if anyone could tell me what all i need to get for what im wanting or tell me where i could find the info that would be great thanks

why don you want to shift at 10K rpm? It's very hard on the engine. You can easily get 400hp with a built b18. Crower rods, and Je pistons. I've seen a b18c with just those two items make 406 whp at 18psi.

yeah... high redlines are made for all motor setups because in all motor setups, that's where the power is located. Hell if you had a straight b18b, sleeved (GE, or darton), with JE 9.5:1 pistons with some crower rods paired up with a little head porting and a skunk2 intake manifold, an sc61 would produce some very high numbers are a relatively low pressure ie 380whp @ 14 psi.

I agree its much cheaper to go with a b18 then to CRVtec and fully build..... plus a turbo like the t3/t4 hybrid is making most of its power below 10 grand....but, i think that a turbo CRVtec could make decent power from a larger turbo but you won't need a b20 for 400hp, or even 500 for that matter

thats not entirely true... after a certain point...(high boost) your motor will make power father in the rpm range...ex. past 8500rpms... even in ls motors... if its build properly you can rev that high and make power.....
