b18 or 20 for turbo....?
i currently have a b18c..(bored .30 with eagle rods and srp 9.5:1 pistons) skunk2 valvetrain in the head...ive been trying to scrounge up enough for turbo, havent quite gotten there yet.
the b18c build-up turned crappy with blow-by. i just picked up a b20b for free. (motor was neglected and had a bad knock.) needs rebuilt anyway...
stay with the b18 block or b20 for turbo set-up? sleeved of course.

well, if you gonna sleeve, then use the gsr block. And for the hot setup you can use the crank out of the b20 and use it in the gsr block...

yeah, the b20 crank has longer stroke, no the rods are not the same, you need to use b20/b18ab rods
B18a/b B20: 137mm
B18c: 137.9mm
