I'll being boosting my buddies b20/vtec soon. His setup is JE pistons at 11:1, eagle rods, knifed crank, stock type 'r' head with skunk2 stage 1 cams, jg/edelbrock intake...lovefab ramhorn manifold, t3/to4e turbo and about 7-10 psi. I'll post up numbers as soon as we finish.

on using JE 8.5:1 or 9:1 pistons and some eagle rods.... i guess if you want a HP guess it would be around 300-400 Hp.... i dont want to sleeve it tho either... i cant afford that

Well, lots of people will tell you that those sleeves are weaker than ****. Then you have those people that will tell you that the reliability of the engine will be determined on how well it's tuned and I'd go based on this fact. So get it tuned and do it right the first time.
