Is this a manifold made strictly for FI engines or will it also work good for NA engines?

I'm gonna be doing a 2,1liter NA build this coming winter and have a feeling that my stock ITR manifold may be a restriction without major work done, so I'm looking at what my options are.

what's the specs on the ls vtec all motor car?

_IF_ for whatever reason the manifold doesn't work too well on a NA car, will you guys eventually produce another manifold that would be designed for NA?

we'll worry about that when the time comes. Making ITBs is by no means anymore difficult than this, so it may come down to that.

Hey geoff why not place for 4 additional injectors? Its manditory for a real performance manifold to have effective injector placement @ high rpms.

Are you ignoring this?

not ignoring at all. we are doing additional injector placement as ordered. Standard production manifolds will not have this, however.

Any type of provision for the coolant pipe that is next to the #4 runner? Venom just drilled a hole and tapped it, but you can't get any type of NPT fitting worth a **** in there. I've dumped about a gallon of coolant on my garage floor in the past week sorting through lines trying to get that manifold to work.

You just made another sale. That and being able to use the IACV are huge steps beyond the Venom manifold.

Also, watch out for nuts that won't go on because of no clearance whatsoever on the manifold flange *cough* Venom *cough*.

Since your an engineer and all I decided to take your advice on not using ITB's.

If I need your manifold fabbing skill and reasearch in the future, will I get your service? I got a good reason for this.

sorry, but 499 doesnt cover the cost of machine time let alone materials and welding. a JG/edelbrock is probably the best bet for you.

The nut for the stud that comes out of the head, on the #4 cylinder side. Its right around that water pipe area. It tried using a stock flange nut, but I had to grind off a lot of the flared out section at the bottom so that it would clear the weld for the #4 runner.

How are you calculating the runners inside diameter? Are you going off the general 75-85% (depending on application) of valve area formula?
