Fuel pump.
I am going to be adding a turbo set-up to a d series motor in the near future and I was wondering how I could add a high flow fuel pump. Would I need to pull my old pump or could I add some sort of inline fuel pump? Thanks!

Are you buying a kit or piecing it together?
What else are you doing for fuel management?
Fmu? if so get a high pressure fuel pump.If not then you can go with just a high flow fuel pump. I recomand a intank pump over a inline pump.

I dont know much about turbo charging but I am learning. I really plan on just buying a kit, maybe a dragIII or something.

well the drag kit will comewith everything you need to run it safely.
Although i do recomend going with something like hondata to tune it and ditching the fmu (boost depended regulator) set-up that comes with the kit. At the least i would say run the v-afc hack with 450cc injectors if funds allow. 5-6 psi the fmu will be fine anything more....you'll need better fuel management...If you have any questions do a search first and if you don't find anything post up a question most will be happy to help if you've done some searching first.

Re: Fuel pump. (b16ahybrid)
If you upgrade your fuel pump, I suggest an intank unit like the Walbro. I have heard that some peoples in-line pumps "roar" and make lots of noise. Strange, but true.
Also, a lot of people go for the Vortech FMU, but you can also go ahead for the AFC or VAFC hack, a Hondata (numerous stages) or a GReddy E-Manage, which I have been told is basically the same as the AFC hack except it can control 2 additional injectors. Whatever floats your boat.
If you are interested in anything, shoot me an email, I have low prices on a Walbro 255lph unit and can more than likely get you any standalone that you request.
Hope I was some help
