Default In-tank fuel pump necessary for me?

I have a 98 LS Integra running a drag turbo kit. turbo's a t3/to04b, 54 trim. I'm looking to boost maybe 10psi, with the final goal of hitting 250whp.

Anyway, I'm still running the 12:1 fmu, inline pump, and stock injectors setup.

If I were to switch over to using an s-afc, 12:1 fmu, and dsm injectors, would i need to change my inline pump for an intake fuel pump? somethign like a 255lph walbro unit? Why wouldn't my inline pump be useful in this setup?

Your inline fuel pump will be fine with the new fuel setup.

let's not hi-jack the thread, but the pedal feel is spongy and it chatters badly. Reverse is nearly impossible.

If you fuel pressure will exceed 100 psi, you must run the in-line pump.

Yours will exceed 100 psi.

ok, but basically my question is when is the intank needed over the inline? I just don't understand the difference really.

The stock pump + inline pump will do the job. The inline pump basically increases the pumping power of whatever is in the tank (generalization). I don't think I've seen anyone run an in-tank AND an inline together before. Anything is possible, but you'd have some crazy high fuel pressure at idle because the stock fuel return line would probably not be able to return fuel to the tank fast enough.

if you gonna run DSm injectors and S-AFC, You will not need the FMU...
the AFC can control the duty cycle of the injectors, to where you will not need a boost dependent fuel regulator, FMU.

if so, you can still run stock, since the pressure will be similar to stock pressure...and they are good till about 75 psi ish

only if you are running FMU, you must run an inline, since it needs the extra push to flow anything over 80-100 psi
