one of the mechanics at my work told me my car smelt like gas...I just got home and smelt it too, so i checked under the hood and there's a little hole on the bottom of the vortech fmu that's dripping fuel! ai chiwawa! I borrowed this fmu from a friend temporarily, and he's a dumbass, so is there suppossed to be a screw or something blocking it? it's near the center, i didn't see any threads in it.

Also, the line going into the firewall gets connected to the center, and the fpr line gets connected to the side nipple right?

Does the fmu have to be mounted vertical? Solid? I had it ziptied at like a slight angle, but it still leaked gas when held up straight, thank god i caught this before disaster. thanks guys.

yup fuel/return line from the firewall is connected to the bottom nipple and the fuel line from fpr is connected to the side nipple. you should hose clamp to secure the hoses on the barb.

I did....but there's a hole near the center lump on the bottom that's dripping fuel, what gives?
