Fried Drivers for injector #1 on P72 ecu. Any fixes?
Hey H-T,
Well I happened to incorrectly hook up Injector #1 on my resistor box installation which caused there to be no resistance and too much voltage going into that injector and fried the driver on the p72 board. Everything else has been tested and is wired correctly and works correctly. I tried a P28 and fires up so that tells me that its strictly a problem with the driver on the P72.
So my question is:
1. is there anyway to fix the driver on the board (by solder)
2. or can I just tap into the power coming from injector #2 with a 10 ohm resistor from radio shack and wire it into injector #1. Since all that is wrong with injector #1 is that there is no power going to it.
Thanks in advance
