Those numbers arent bad at all. I just got off the dyno myself 2 day ago and posted 300 hp at 14 psi. T3 62-1 b18c, 9-1 cr, everything else stock. Drag mani, drag ic. The problem you encountered is definetely electrical. I had the same problem and had a miss at about 7k. I use msd dis 2 with msd wires and ngk platinum 8 resistor plugs. We use distributor with m@w individual coils wasted spark. Webusted our brains for 2 hours on the dyno until we moved the coils away from the distributor and that solved the problem. Plug wires also make a huge difference because of electromagnetic freq. that emits. Go good wires like magnecor and try seperating you coils from your dist, or wires form coil. I dont think your prob is the msd could be interference.

Saso....my coil is on the firewall. It is plenty away from the distributor. The wires are brand new.

Should there be any problems with the digital 6 MSD and HVC coil and the hondata?

to be honest, those numbers sound right for stock bore... and i doubt the head work made much of a difference, if any. but yeah i think they sound right.

i got a graph of a t3/60-1 with stock bore with our kit that is basically making identical power as you, with a stock block, so i really think youre about right. did you get a chance to work on the car today?

it had a skunk2 intake mani, and stock gsr head, but still almost identical power band at 1 bar

I am going to try and get on the dyno next week.

Should I have any problems running the digital 6 msd, HVC coil and the hondata?

Yeah, on the dyno of 16psi..the power and torque curve continues to climb. You can see in this graph, where the car starts to get a weak spark. Power/trq just falls off.

Yeah, I do not have anyone local...well...within 8 hrs of me to tune the speedpro. John is 45mins away and he is a hondata tuner. I still have the speedpro in a box as a back up plan.

looks like your a/f ratio is pig rich at higher rpm. if you try to lean it out a little you should see more power and possibly more boost.

I would argue that his ratios are not that high at all. I think they are just perfect.
