finally got it back together and tuned
finally after the trials with mostly oil leak i drove it to get it tuned..... still with stock civic exhuast
had no time to upgrade this since i need it tuned so i can drive it to work..
setup:
Jdm 97b18c + lsd + civic si eg
Blox intake mani + hondata gasket
rebuilt garrett t3/04b .70compressor .63 turbine
Spooling perf log mani
Spooling per 2.5 dp + dumptube rerouted
27x9x2.5 bar&plate ic
2.5 ic piping
Flamco T oil feed/return kit
Tial 38mm 7.25 psi

Hondata s200
rc550 saturated
walbro 255
after several dyno runs on the dynojet the outcome came to an unexpected 205hp and 159tq at 8psi
and a/f looks to be at 12 ... i was hoping atleast 220 as is, i think my stock civic exhuast and cat is hiding atleast 10hp also exhuast leak at the cat aswell.. looking at the graph it looks pretty smooth but with a very noticeable dip when vtec engages?
several questions:
could my stock cat/exhuast be hiding that much hp?
i have greddy bov "purple" i notice is hissing at idle as if its open allmost as if its sucking air in (leak?)
Is there suppose to be a dip when vtec engages?
overall im just happy to get my car back running again but would like to try to get it to atleast 240/250hp range.... i do have a dyno print out ill see if i can get it posted
