2nd try at boost!!!
First attempt was civic si b16a+used greddy kit (low mileage) ...never got it to work right so i scrapped/sold that and stayed N/A for 4yrs or so till now....
2nd attempt:
Jdm 97b18c + lsd + civic si eg
Blox intake mani + hondata gasket
rebuilt garrett t3/04b .70compressor .63 turbine
Spooling perf log mani
Spooling per 2.5 dp + dumptube rerouted
27x9x2.5 bar&plate ic
2.5 ic piping
Flamco T oil feed/return kit
Tial 38mm 7.25 psi
greddy bov
Hondata s200
rc550 saturated
walbro 255
This is a daily driven car so im not looking for big numbers. my guess is atleast 230-240 from the setup i have now. won't knoe until i get it tuned/dynoed probably within 4wks....hopefully this will go alot better then my first attempt... anything i'm missing feel free to comment.....

Re: 2nd try at boost!!! (spooned out)
te/t04b would make around 220 at tha boost level, give or take. it took a buddy of mine 19psi on one to reach 300whp on an 83mm b16

The 1st attempt wasnt good probably because you didnt have any engine management before? 4 years ago there was a lot of people just bolting on a turbo kit and go, no tuning and stuff.

This guy comes to mind http://itrca.com/gallery/JanNiemi/index.php, can't remember his personal page with more info & vids.
IMO you won't really need the pump for just 230, but good if you ever build the motor. With that sort of CR though, don't push it, at least before it's tuned very well.

Re: 2nd try at boost!!! (TheShodan)
hahah yeah they're allready drewling over phils craftsmanship but that hasn't made them cross over from n/a YET!......... yeah i knoe the B's don't perform as well as the E's etc...but ima see how far i can take this turbo before i change out... the first attempt was with the greddy (99si) blue box, i believe it was my wiring which cause it not to function properly... oyeah my stock pump has got 207xxx miles on it allready.... i think its alittle tired by now
on a side note:
Say it takes 10psi to make 250 on a t3/04B and 7psi to make 250 on an t3/04E is it safe to say that with the "B" more stress is put on the motor because its working harder to make 250 at 10psi vs the "E" at 7psi? or is the wear and tear on the motor the same instead its the turbo thats working harder?
