Default Finally done!..almost

I finally got everything together and working correctly....unfortunately i was given the wrong hondata box, the n/a one. So when i went out and tried boosting for the first time it hit fuel cut!

I also found out that the bosch injectors I was sold were not saturated injectors and they need the resistor box...found one in a matter of 3 hours and installed it, so everything is good and I should be boosting by tomorrow when i get the correct hondata box.

here is the bosch 550cc injector. fits nicely with minor modification.

Also, does anyone know how much boost would be safe running with the stock fuel pump at 43 psi and 550cc injectors. I've been told that I should be fine at low boost levels under 10 psi. I have the bosch fuel pump but I haven't installed it yet.

What did you have to do to make the Bosch injectors fit? Drill out the bosses?

no..I didn't have to modify the rail at all. I shaved off some plastic on the area below where the o ring sits on the top of the injector.. basically i just kept shaving off material until it slid into the rail far enough to seal. I also had to space the fuel rail away from the manifold using 12mm nuts..they turned out to be the perfect size. I'm using the stock o rings.

if you look at the injector in the pic you can see where i shaved some of the plastic.
